Actually, I should say that it’s day two of the “patch”. I have stopped smoking once before which lasted for four years but started again when I started working for DPH. My friends and family have been encouraging me to stop and so …
I stopped!
Today is day two and it seems that it hasn’t hit me yet. I didn’t experience withdrawal so I guess the patch is working its magic. However, if you run into me in the next two weeks and I seem like a total lunatic, you would know why
